All is Good

I have used Turbo Tax over several years and each year it gets easier to use and less time to fill in all the entries. If you have a question you can go to the chat site and get answers right away.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and navigate
What's not so great: Unable to change printer format

tax program

I really like the program until I get to the filing. I like to print my returns and it is just too confusing to have to save it to a PDF file befor it can be printed. I prefer the old way of having the choice to print it without saving to a PDF file. I have a difficult time trying ti reteieve the file after its saved. I had the same problem last year. I just may have to go to a different program.
What's great about it: Ver eas to do
What's not so great: Too difficlt to print

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years now. It remains the best tax program that I know of. It makes filing taxes easy, straight forward and quick. And if you can say it is straight forward when speaking of taxes, you know it must be good!
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, complete, no surprises
What's not so great: none

Some program update issues this year

The program worked great until I hit the file electronically feature. Would not send unless I went through a complete update for two separate returns two weeks apart. Then I had to restart computer both times before it would send. There was not prompt for me to restart, I just did because that is what one does when all else fails. Why do I need restart and update each time?
What's great about it: Did what I needed it to do….easy to use with the interview type of questions.
What's not so great: Updates a pain in then butt

I have used this program for several years, and it makes taxes so simple.If you have any questions it provides great explanations.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Problem in Ohio

If a State's Tax Forms aren't ready, (such as Ohio not ready until Feb 13) software could say that. Instead of printing on form not complete do not file.
I also think you could include one free state e-file with package.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
