One problem - section on sales tax deduction (Florida) says I would not qualify to get it, but after I went through the section anyway, it found a large deduction for me that didn't go on A.

I've been using TurboTax for quite a few years now and have never had a problem. This year was my highest refund yet. I am one happy camper. I would totally recommend TurboTax to anyone wanting to do their own taxes.
What's great about it: It's super easy
What's not so great: I can find no cons

Worth the money. I have been using Turbotax for last 7 years.
What's great about it: easy to navigate
What's not so great: have to upgrade if you want any one thing not in the various packages

I would not use anything else. They make it so easy. You can do it your self or if you are not that great with taxes they will help you on every step. It also will explain any detail you do not know. Even my spouse could use this and she has no clue of taxes. Take a chance you will be suprised.
What's great about it: Great help and very easy to use
What's not so great: can't think of any at this moment

If you're on the edge, jump! This program works and actually does give a better refund than doing by hand.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Screen is rather bland by today's standards.

Simplified the process

I have used a CPA to figure my taxes for the last 20 years, but this year I needed to turn it around quickly in order to meet the FAFSA deadline. I didn't have time to make an appointment and meet with my CPA . So I was delighted to be able to have TurboTaxes easy to use, step by step approach. Every time I had a question, I could go online and find an easy explanation. I was surprised how simple the process was.
What's great about it: Detailed step by step directions with online support
