Senior Delight

Once you use TurboTax you will never change! Used H&R Block back in 2006, fees were outrageous so we have been using TurboTax ever since for eight years now, so glad.
I love that you can change the font and make it larger!

The return is easy enough but are you charging to file a state return, this is taking advantage of your customers. I may switch next year.
What's great about it: Simple and consistent with prior years

Problem handling 1098-T

I am a long time user of TurboTax. while the program has all the functionality needed, sometime you need to trick it to do the calculations right.
For example, this year it asked if I had a 1098-T but never asked if some of the billed amount (box 2) was paid in 2014. Nor did it asked if I want to declare part of the scholarship to be taxable. This is not an uncommon situation, I was able to manually open the form and correct the errors.
You can not blindly enter you data without carefully reviewing the tax return for errors. Most of the time this program is great and error free but you do to check it.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Does not handle education items well

would not find my previous years taxes even though they were on the same computer. I love the importing the forms from my employer and banks
