What's great about it: Simple and prompts are great.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax is a very helpful tool, with lots of ways to help someone work their way through taxes.
What's great about it: The tool works great, easy to follow user interface
What's not so great: Some bugs if you click out of something, leaves fields that need fixed in bug check

Excellent for slightly complicated filing

TurboTax makes filing taxes much easier, especially if there are special circumstances. It is user friendly, and there is a lot of support available.
What's great about it: The software walks you through all the steps and makes sure you take everything into account that is needed.
What's not so great: It is just a frustrating process when there are complicating factors.

Good over all
What's great about it: concise copy printed a 2 sided copy of the returns
What's not so great: had to begin over as SW lost my file on first pass after entering about 60% of the return

Finished my return without a nervous breakdown

I appreciate the comprehensive nature of the software and filing process. I just had to answer questions that were well defined and easy to follow.
The ability to enter the information, stop and return to the process is excellent and allowed me to double check deduction designations, applicable support documents and the important facts in order. If you follow the questions it will organize your support documents as well.
I finished my return and filed easily and it is nice to be able to put the copy in the file and know that its done correctly.
I recommend that anyone that is able to track their yearly income and deductions use Turbotax with confidence
What's great about it: well organized Turbo walks you through the whole process

Turbo Tax

Only comment is it would be nice to be able to review the forms such as the 1040 or schedules A or C, double clich the entry and be sent to the worksheet to where the info was entered or generated. Also, sometimes it would be nice to be able to read IRS publications / instructions without out having to go to the web. How about having a copy of the IRS instructions in pdf within the program itself?
What's great about it: Have used for over 10 Yrs - Great Product

What's great about it: IT WALKS YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING/WITH EXTRA EXPLANATIONS WHEN YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING.
What's not so great: SAVE WHEN IT TELLS YOU TOO!!! OTHERWISE YOU START ALL OVER. OUR OWN FAULT.
