Excellent Program

I love TurboTax! Loyal user for many years. Nothing but praise
What's great about it: Very simple to use. Excellent results
What's not so great: Didn't have any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Never Simpler

Turbo Tax does its best to guide you through quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, some of the deductions possible are so specific and silly that you have to slow down and read through them closely so you don't skip over something you should be filling out. Turbo Tax is still the best!
What's great about it: Gets easier every year
What's not so great: Federal Tax laws get sillier every year

Great refund overall

Over all was happy that it didn't take all day to do my taxes, but was quick and easy.
What's great about it: Was easy to understand and all the information was easy to follow.
What's not so great: Doing separate deductions on charities was a little confusing.

Download was quick and easy. Product is very user friendly. The questions are precise and explains the legal jargon in laymen's terms. I never felt like I was lost at any point and i actually looked forward to filing my taxes. The convenience and peace of mind far exceed the cost. Great product.

TurboTax does all the research, explains EVERYTHING, and offers an easy-to-navigate interface. One can stop and restart easily, go back to look at previously completed sections, and change responses. The help docs are rather good, demystifying government-speak. I've been using TurboTax since the 1990s, and it gets better every year. Thanks!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate through process, and to go back and review or alter response.

Quick & Painless

I've been using TurboTax for years to file my federal and state taxes. I find the product extremely easy to use and very complete. I've used other commercial products and I've found those products to be more confusing and less thorough.
What's great about it: Easy, step-by-step instructions / Imports prior years information
What's not so great: Not all responses saved when you go back to a topic
