More than you expect

You may think you have a difficult time with taxes but this
Turbo Tax really does take you through all the steps. It does take a few times to get use to every aspect of the program, because if you answer yes to a category and you should have skipped it, it can be difficult to figure out how to go back and undo that process. I made that mistake about my hybrid car actually is not qualified, but it was hard to go back and undo that processs once I started.

Breathing easier.

I use Turbo Tax since...I even forgot since when. I feel comfortable with the program and I trust the accuracy. I believe Turbo Tax stands behind it.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, save, make corrections, review and file.
What's not so great: Some prompts in response to a 1099-MISC entry were confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick & Easy

I have always used Turbo Tax because it's easy to use and very intuitive. Turbo Tax e-files quickly and I get my returns fast. Maybe other software is just as easy to use but Turbo Tax has been around the longest so why take the chance on something unknown.
What's great about it: Easy to use, allows quick reviews, back button always there!
What's not so great: Personal property tax for "cars" not specifically listed.

Handles all the details and the tax law changes great. Print options are improved from last year, but could still be better. The handling of e-file pins has improved.
What's great about it: Remembers a lot from last year so I don't have to re-enter
What's not so great: Didn't like how selection for printing was offered. Would like to have picked what was filed and still have the option

walked us through it step by step, we found ourselves confused on a couple of occasions but searched the data base and all questions were answered.
What's great about it: fairly easy to do for the tax form challenged such as myself
