Always easy

I just filed my daughter's taxes. Simple return. Very easy as always. I like how it checks last years return and remembers names, employers, SS#s, bank information and pin#. We will also do our return which is a little more complicated, but still easy.
What's great about it: Turbotax remembers all the information from last year.
What's not so great: It takes a long time to check for and download updates with slow internet.

I used to put off doing taxes until April. Not any more. This is my 10th year using TurboTax and it just gets better each year. Our tax situation is pretty simple, which is good because I am not a numbers person, but I doubt anyone would have any difficulty processing the information as long as they have the required documents.
What's great about it: Every step was clear and concise

GETS BETTER EVERY YEAR . . .

Doing taxes with TurboTax has become so intuitive (no pun intended) it seems to read my mind or perform tasks without thinking on my part. The way it examines the tax situation and provides instant feedback makes doing our taxes a joy.
What's great about it: The way TurboTax almost automates the process.
What's not so great: lack of support for transferring W-2 information by employers.

MORE DETAILS WHILE IN PROCESS OF TAX WOULD BE NICE, WHY YOU CAN OR CANT DO SOMETHING. IF THE CREDIT WILL BENEFIT YOU.
What's great about it: EASY APPLICATION
What's not so great: NOT SURE OF FULL CREDITS DUE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Could Not Be Easier

This is my ninth year using TurboTax. The storage of information from year to year makes preparing the return fast and easy. I have never had an issue with any of my returns. I hope TurboTax is around as long as I am.

Outstanding piece of software and very simple to use. I am completely satisfied, year after year to know we have prepared our taxes on our own and have complete control over our own funds in preparation of end of year taxes. Satisfied completely!!!!!
What's great about it: The easy process and walk thru method.
