Very easy, simple

It was quick and painless to get everything entered in. The one downside was that I was supposed to get one free state e-filing and I didn't get that.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and straight forward
What's not so great: Single state filing wasn't free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

TurboTax Rocks!

Have used it for the past 3 years, and it's always quick and easy. Carries over a lot of your information from the prior year and you can simply update the changes. Plus it pre-populates your PIN and checking info which makes it so much easier to finalize.
Will always use it in the future as long as it doesn't experience any issues w/upgrades or price increases.
What's great about it: Quick, accurate, and very secure.
What's not so great: A bit pricey when filing 2 state returns

As long as Turbo Tax is around, I will continue to use them.

Turbo Tax is quick, easy and geared to run smoothly. The only problem I had was finding forms I should have had ready to begin with. No problems at all.
What's great about it: very uncomplicated, not frustrating at all
What's not so great: no downside

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so. The interview process is logical and covers all the topics. My return is not really complicated so I cannot speak to returns that may have complicated investments or multiple pieces of property in many states.
What's great about it: The carryover feature and the interview process are great!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. This years program was the first time it was extremely slow to respond to commands.
What's not so great: program was SLOW to respond this year.
