I love TurboTax! I don't understand anything to do with taxes, but turbotax makes the process quick and painless.

Easy and fast!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is easy and I will continue to use it for years to come.
What's great about it: Easy to decide what is deductible
What's not so great: Cannot talk to a "real person"

Very thankful for TurboTax

I love this product and will use it every year. The only thing I would change would be the fact that when you finish with one section it takes you back to the top of the list and you have to scroll to the next section every time. I know its only a few seconds but it is just a little irritating to me.
What's great about it: It is so easy and after you have used it once it gets easier
What's not so great: User interface could be better

No Real Help

There is a bug in this year's edition that needed to be worked out before being sold to the public. I know by looking at the questions and answers that I wasn't the only person experiencing this problem. Constant script error messages, every few minutes. It added so much time to everything I did. Also, know it's not Turbo Tax's problem, but had so much trouble with It's Deductible this year, I'm ready to give up on that completely. One of the worst year's doing taxes I've ever had and I have only made it through my first return out of five.
What's great about it: Without Bugs - less time consuming
What's not so great: doesn't help somebody new to this enough - looking for refunds - tried to have my daughter do her own using this but no

Easy to use

The Deluxe version served all my needs. Help me to get the most out of my deductions and help me to file for my small business. Very affordable would have cost me more than double to have someone due taxes for me.
What's great about it: Guided me every step of the way. Then help me correct mistakes I made
