Could not go back and edit in some areas, had to totally redo everything. Big waste of time.
could not print to mail, had to print for review and use the forms needed.
Kept trying to force efiling.

Been using Turbo Tax for years for max ease in tax filing.
Thanks for a fabulous product that maximizes deductions, guards filing privacy and affords excellent protection from user mistakes.
What's great about it: Easier than ever this year.

Scary but done

This was the first time I have ever used ANY tax help. It was scary, since it still relies purely on the info I enter, so the possibility of errors is just as large as with paper forms.
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: scary
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. I entered the wrong info and Turbo Tax walked me through the correction process. I absolutely love this program.

Problem loading updates

Logged in as User, not Administrator; went to "file"; said I need updates. So far so good. But simply rejected attempts to update w/o giving me the Admin pop-up to temp log in as Admin. Had to access my file thru the Admin account in order to file. Not huge deal, but was a pain.
What's great about it: Love the step-by-step and printout of all related forms at the end
What's not so great: See "review"

Fast and Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and it's simple and easy to use. This year for the first time it didn't import taxes info from the previous year like it has always done. Took a little more time.
What's great about it: Does exactly what I need
What's not so great: Didnt import Import Tax data
