Overall, I have been very satisfied with TurboTax products over the years.
What's great about it: Allows me to jump to relevant sections, but step-by-step good for beginners.
What's not so great: Still could do without the sales plugs

Fast and Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I am impressed with the ease in which to enter applicable details of my financial reporting to the IRS. It is very fast to send and receive information.
In the past I have done taxes by myself, used tax preparation services, and even an accountant. Turbo Tax is the best way for me to do my taxes - fast, efficient and easy to use.

Oh what a relief it is

I had used Turbo Tax several years ago and got away from it and started using a "professional". Finally smartened up and came back to Turbo Tax. Was actually easier than filling out the forms for the professional and much less time consuming, especially when you take into consideration that I always found errors in the professional's filing.
What's great about it: Very simple to follow and complete the filing
What's not so great: Seems like I had to repeat some of the personal information that I provided earlier
