Had problems printing

Adobe Reader does not work well with Vista XP. It causes too many other technical problems because it is not compatiable. I have to download it in order to print the taxes and this is a major flaw.
What's great about it: It finally downloaded the W-2 this year
What's not so great: It's requiring me to download Adobe Reader to print my taxes

I Love Turbo Tax it is quick and easy to navigate. I believe it is the best on the market. I will continue to use this product for years to come.

Nothing bad to say! This was my first time to do my own taxes and I got through it thanks to Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: User friendly, good for first timers or pros
What's not so great: not a whole lot, needs some more in depth explanations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

A friend recommended Turbo Tax to me last year and it really worked out. Reliable, fast and easy. And saved me 100's of dollars in a tax accountant fees that I used to pay. Thanks!
