Difficulty getting started

All of the sign ins wouldn't work as a returning customer. No where did it offer me that I had to purchase the 2013 return to get started. All I was asked was if I was a returning customer and it never went any further. I could not find answers as to how to get started and could not find a phone number or any way to contact Turbotax about my question.
What's not so great: It took me a week to figure out how to get my new returns started

Just so easy, how can I not use Turbo Tax!?

This is my second year using Turbo Tax and I can't imagine ever needing anything else. TT makes the process so simple and quick I was able to do my taxes this morning while my two year old watched a couple episodes of Dora.
Awesome!
What's great about it: imported my W-2
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No Surprises With TurboTax

I've used TurboTax for many years. Couldn't be easier. Very cost effective. Why pay the others when you can prepare your own returns for a lot less money.

I always highly recommend TurboTax to my family and friends! I've used it for five years, and have found it to be easy to use, and very thorough in preparation. No worries, as you let TurboTax guide you step-by-step to your highest refund possible! It even makes suggestions along the way for additional ways in increase your refund. I will continue to use every year!!

Excellent and Easy

This is great. In addition to regular donations, I donate lots of non-cash items to charity. TurboTax makes it super easy to look up the value of the items. This is a huge time savings.
What's great about it: I love how easy it is to find the value of items donated to charity

As I have done every year for the past 20+ years, I have used Turbo tax to file my taxes, each year seems to get easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to file
What's not so great: Did not let me pick email or SMS text for alerts
