Much Improved

2013 Turbotax improved over previous years. Easier to use, quicker to finish!
What's great about it: Pulled last year's info and made entering changes easier than last year!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. It's a great product. I have never had any problems and I have always been happy with the results.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, cheaper
What's not so great: nothing so far

2013 Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax since it came out. It's easy to understand, just answer the questions. I am confident that I get the best return that I can get and don't have to pay much out of pocket to get it. I really helped me with my mother's final tax returns. I was worried how I was going to get it done, but Turbo Tax really made it easy and simple to complete. Thank you Turbo Tax for all your tax experience!!!!!
What's great about it: Everything Turbo Tax does is GREAT!!!
What's not so great: None Don't change a thing.

Yea Turbo Tax!

Have always enjoyed using Turbo tax. It is an excellent tool for people who don't need a CPA, do basically the same thing year over year or like feeling as if they have some control. Additionally it saves time and money from going to a preparer.
I've been using Turbo Tax since it came out and have never had any major issues with the programs. One thing I'd like to see is notice of forms that are not ready for prime time, where updates are coming in. Example this year was forms for state returns. A pop-up warning or something that says why and when a the forms are expected would be nice. Before going to the web-site to ask, I probably spent 2 hours entering and re-entering the information for State and trying to print.
All in all a great program, I've even taught my son to use it for his taxes.
What's great about it: Guides you through each area of a return
What's not so great: Topic refresh always goes to the top topic, requiring user to page down.
