It was easily step by step on what you had to fill out. I hope that the ease of access to file my taxes next year is available to me. This new experience has definitely aimed me in the direction to be more thorough with my taxes next year. Thank you.
What's great about it: Enjoyed how it helped me file my taxes easily for the first time ever.
What's not so great: Didn't enjoy how sometimes I was unsure since I didn't have someone to really walk me through it.

I have come to appreciate the manner in which things are checked and because I have used it for a number of yrs now, I have a better idea as to what it is that I need when I get ready to sit down to do them!
What's great about it: Categories seemed to be better explained this year
What's not so great: Tracking as to where you were was not always clear, in that you had to keep scrolling down to see where/what was next

Awesome Turbo Tax 2013

I've been using Turbo Tax Program since 2003 and did not experience any problems whatsoever. I recommend this program to anyone. Give it a try and see the difference.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, accurate, and fully updated

VALIDATION ISSUES FOR MAC USERS

Haven't had a problem in previous years. For 2013 taxes, it would not let me file because of "Validation" issues. Evidently, this problem is peculiar to Mac users. After jumping through many hoops and attempting to re install, it finally went through.
The window tells you to go to the updates window, but it has already been updated. Rather frustrating. I would think by the middle of February, the problem should have been addressed by Turbo Tax.

Seems like it needs update to 2014

First, it seems like the software needs and update
I find myself entering things that should probably be scanned in and other things they can take from actual entries already in the return.

Sometimes I find myself filling out long trails of questions only to get $0 credit or additional refund. The software should be able to sniff these things out or advise you so you don't have to go through the whole thing.
What's great about it: Gets the job done
What's not so great: Confusing entries
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Its a easy program until you need a tax question answered. Then it gets a little frustrating to get a answer. There is a ID and phone number they issue for unanswered questions, but its automated service and was told question couldnt be answered until taxes were SUBMITTED! By then its obviously too late
