TurboTax To The Max

I've been using TurobTax for well over ten years now, and all I can say is, it sure gets better with time. Keep up the good work. Outstanding product, great price and Rock Solid Returns!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, simple instructions
What's not so great: Had to pay for it, Not really a con. Had to full in the box.

Easiest ever but with a minor problem

Keep up the fantastic work folks. I have been using your product for 14 years and counting. Please make schedule C removal easier. I was stuck even with the instructions provided in your website.
What's great about it: Super easy, a no brainer interface. Input is a breeze
What's not so great: Schedule C removal was frustrating and didn't remove data as I wasn't filing any schedule C this year

My wife passed away during this tax year and although it was addressed in the preparation and I was asked about dependents, Turbo Tax did not think to ask or forsee if my children/dependents would be receiving survivor beneftis (ssa-1099 forms).
I had to search high and low to hopefully get the right answer. Got my fingers crossed.
What's great about it: Ease of understanding information
What's not so great: Did not readily address ssa-1099 form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for years and find it to be the best. It is simple and I love how it guides you step-by-step. Taxes can be confusing but TurboTax makes you feel like you are a tax pro.
What's great about it: Easy to use and quick

I love the conversational prompts and the ability to click for more information on the tough spots. It was straight forward, and clear cut. Thank you TurboTax for making taxes a piece of pie!

Easy Breezy

Used tax firm and then transitioned to H&R Block app, then transitioned to Turbo Tax.
Love it. Simple and Easy.
Was worried about how to handle scholarships and PACT funds for college student. Turbo tax addressed it simply enough!
Only thing I think might not have calculated correctly was on the Alabama State Form. The Use Tax for items purchased out of state did not seem to change the Tax Liability and I am pretty sure it should have.
