Easy Peasy

I've used TurboTax for six (6) years. It is easy. They do an excellent job of explaining the tax laws and provide every valid opportunity to help you get the best refund possible. It's not perfect but I file with peace mind and I get a refund every year. Can't ask for more than that from a software application. :-0)
What's great about it: Love the step-by-step with the "explain this"
What's not so great: No con to TurboTax...it's time consuming...it's taxes!

Excellent and accurate returns

I did my returns by hand my entire life and when turbo tax came along my life got easier. It is simple accurate and excellent. I wish personal computers came along forty years ago!
What's great about it: Simple and straight forward, nothing is better than that.

TURBO TAX DELUXE 2013 works well

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have found it to continuously work well.
What's great about it: Very Thorough
What's not so great: I found one problem, but was helped greatly by customer support.

During review Turbo tax did not identify what were the errors so I could not e-file but had to mail the returns.

Made It Simple

All in all Turbo Tax is awesome.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: 1099-Misc kinda confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
