I love Turbotax, but I am very disappointed in the change made in the State Return. If it isn't paid for, you can't even print it out, you must delete it. That is terrible.
The rest is great!
What's great about it: Excellent deduction system
What's not so great: Only one state file can be done

Have been using this program since the 90's. It is consistent and easy to use. Great program which makes the difficult task of annual taxes become doable. I still hate doing taxes.

Easy to use!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 5 years. The data transfers from last years tax return to the new one. Turbo Tax walks you through every step to make sure you receive the maximum return. We stopped using our tax consultant and saved hundreds of dollars.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step to make sure you have entered all the information to maximize your return
What's not so great: Nothing

Turbo Tax Works!

I've used Turbo Tax for the past several years and the process has always been simple to understand and quick to complete.
What's great about it: I don't list detailed expenses and Turbo Tax makes it quick to move through the various categories.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

So Easy!

Turbo Tax makes filing income taxes so easy. Can complete at your own pace and save for finishing later without losing any information. Simple to understand program walks you through all the steps. Takes the intimidation out of completing your income tax returns.
Have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never regretted it!

Diane in Denver of some place in Colorado rescued me and got the e-file to work for Federal and State.
What's great about it: Like connecting the dots to do your taxes.
What's not so great: Sorry, had to call for help as program didn't e-file.
