Software worked well for me until repeated problems in getting my return to transmit for e-filing. That was frustrating.
What's great about it: Walks you through all the relevant questions.
What's not so great: I had great difficulty in getting my completed Federal return to transmit for e-filing.

quick and easy

I actually enjoy doing my own taxes with Turbo.
Its quick and they go thru everything with you. They have option for help with any question. They go over everything at the end and I can print and save info.

Very thorough, easy to understand, walks you though step by step and easier to use than the tax software programs I used as a professional tax preparer.

Great program. This is about the tenth year we have used it and it gets easier each year.
What's great about it: Very fast, very easy to use
What's not so great: New users read the entries some are a little tricky on the terminology

Turbo Tax can be done by anyone with a computer. You don't need to be an accountant. Just get your paperwork in order and the software will walk you through it. Just that easy!
