Helpful but need workarounds

My daughter is allowed a Disability exemption by the State of Hawaii. Turbo Tax seems to recognize that one is disabled but doesn't seem to allow one to use the deduction. It differs from the Federal Disability deduction in that the state has no age requirement. I had to use a workaround, adding the deduction under Other Deductions. Fortunately, she doesn't need to file as her income was less than the deductible amount, or I would have had to throw out the form generated by Turbo Tax and use the online state forms.
What's great about it: Generally easy to use
What's not so great: State forms not always accurate.

good refund, not so good communication

NOT cool that this year an extra fee to USE turbotax was taken from my refund without my knowing before I began all the work!!!! I was not pleased with this and I feel it was misleading to consumers to do this without their knowledge.
What's great about it: helpful way to walk through each deduction and credit

Excellence for E-file!

I love TurboTax! I've used it for years, and I highly recommend it to everyone I know that doesn't have a personal accountant on retainer.
What's great about it: The speed at which the guides work through calculations was impressive! I liked the simplified version this year!
What's not so great: If you could maximize the size of help windows, it would be easier for sight-impaired customers (like me!)

What's great about it: Easy, quick and accurate

2013 tax return

I liked the fact that last years numbers are shown alongside this years figures, this helps to assure that your numbers are correct. Transfer of last years financial institution information saves much typing, therefore lessens chances of errors. It is just a matter of entering your new financial data into the space provided. Could not be much easier. Why pay the high fees for a professional preparer when you can do it just as well.
What's great about it: easy to use, just follow the instructions.
What's not so great: need better explination of qualified and non qualified plans.

Growing up the son of an accountant I learned to do taxes right away. Paper and calculators were the only way. Thank GOD for Turbo Tax. Talk about easy!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax soooo makes life less stressful!
What's not so great: Just doing taxes - but ya can't get away from that!

My Fed return rejected twice!

Your program failed to pick up the problem twice, then after making the changes needed, I was unable to transmit my Federal return. Right this minute I'm disinclined to use your product in the future. I would like to be contacted re how I can still transmit my return electronically.
