Continual improvement with Turbo Tax

I've used turbo tax for a long time and never been disappointed with the experience. Guidance is clear and accurate and I feel like I'm able to get my taxes done easily. My itemized return is pretty straightforward and Turbo Tax makes it simpler.
In concert with Quicken, it takes away the pain of tax time.

What's so good about Turbo is whenever you get in trouble the help info is so thorough and it is easy to understand the fix....lol...I like Turbo...for years I have been using it...

What's not so great: Ive been using TT for over 20 years. How about a discount coupon in the mail for loyalty?

Quick and Easy

Been using Turbo Tax 15 years. Always found it easy and quick, even when I had rental property. Loved that it looks back and last year and brings info forward.
