Good program - only way to file my taxes.
What's great about it: 1. Carryover of prior year's tax info, 2) financial data import capabilities, 3) error check
What's not so great: The financial data import protocol is not intuitively obvious

Turbo Tax is fast and easy to use. I love it. So simple and complete. Makes me feel good that I can do my taxes myself.

Better Than I Expected

This year with retirement and move in the middle of the year and some occasional consulting, at least for me my return was more complicated. But Turbo Tax zipped me right through the federal return and two different state returns. It was way less hassle than I expected. Does help that I use Quicken also. Whew!!! It's all done and in.

Friendly and easy

I couldn't find last year's return I prepared with TurboTax on another computer or a hard copy and I couldn't find the way to access it on TurboTax either. I got frustrated with that.

Excellent experience, overall easy to follow. Will use next year as well.
What's great about it: Easy to follow all steps.
What's not so great: All steps were covered, however some steps required you to go forward not letting know it would be covered later.

I was confused about the school district part since I didn't know which district I fall under, but other than that I love this product. Customer service was great and helpful
