Easier than last year

I would recommend this to everyone who spends too much money getting their taxes done at those tax places.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes made easy with a hickup!

I like the program overall. It makes filing taxes much easier. You still have to gather all the information but TurboTax asks all the questions to help you remember what is needed for tax filing. I like the ability to eFile. The turnaround time for receiving a refund is reduced especially since the refund can be deposited directly in the bank account. The help feature is nice. When there are terms that you are unfamiliar with, can give more detained information explaining what the term means. One thing the program struggles with is when it saves my file to the network drive. It fairly often gives the infamous TurboTax error of "543" cannot save. Sure the instructions say the workaround is to save to the local drive but it will still give the same error even when I try to "save as" to my desktop. Intuit, please work on this bug. It does not recover well from this error.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you through the process
What's not so great: Program gets confused if there is a network error on file save

Got all we could with TurboTax

This is the second year we have used TurboTax. The great thing is the program will not let you make an error. The down side is that it's sometimes confusing when entering information. Overall, we're very satisfied with this service.

2013 turbo TAX

TT 2013 IS AGAIN A GREAT WAY TO DO FED AND STATE TAXES. I HAVE USED IT FOR 6+ YEARS AND Have always found it a good product! i wish that some of the backwards modifications or reviews were a little more obvious. i always ( for years) had a hard time printing/filing and looking at specific areas i wanted to double check. it seems to be great at going forward but not so much in going back or jumping around.
What's great about it: SMOOTHNESS OF PROGRESSION
What's not so great: DIFFICULTY OF GOING BACKWARDS TO REVISE/CHECK

If the offers at the end were not a part of Turbo Tax, then I am not sure how to tell the difference, I was willing but at the end I wasn't sure, so cancelled all offers, as they weren't loading into my computer very easy and my virus software didn't recommend them.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Not sure about all the stuff at end after filing return??

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, really easy to use, easy to navigate, provides me with answers when I need them, I will continue using Turbo Tax
