Best income tax filing software out there

I have used other tax filing software and turbo tax makes this a no brainer for anyone. I actually can't wait until the new one comes out each year to get started working on it.

Very easy to use, reviews all options for deductions and allows you to check and recheck entries. It makes me feel confident processing my own taxes.

The tax returns where very well covered except that the state instructions sheet contain the the first page of my state income tax return. It would have been better if the back of the page would have been blank. it would have made less paperwork to file for those of us who file by mail.
What's great about it: Most forms print good
What's not so great: I have to remove state tax instructions.before printing reverse sides

This is the fifth year that my wife and I have trusted our tax preparation to Turbo Tax. We love the product!
What's great about it: Quick and easy. Just answer a few questions, and BAM! Your refund is on it's way!

hard tax return made easier by turbo tax

The first time I used your program over 3 years ago, I was really surprised how simple it was. The problem was with me as I had it in my mind it was going to be hard since we lived in one state and had a business in another state. One state had sales tax and no income tax and the other did not. We had profit & loss statements and a host of other forms. It took me a week to do the tax reports the first year as I didn't trust Turbo Tax enough. The program made sure I was doing each form correct before it would let me go to the next one. I am now retired but even tho our taxes are not as hard as a couple of years ago I will never stop using Turbo Tax. I trust them and recommend them 100%
What's great about it: Turbo tax did my thinking for me
What's not so great: none that I can think of.
