What's great about it: Very easy to navigate through. No questions unanswered.

Good & Easy

I've used for a number of years and it gets easier almost every year. I feel it took me through much more completely this year and I felt more comfortable when I was done.
What's great about it: Very simple and complete
What's not so great: Kind of do things with blind faith

Yahoo for a refund!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now, and have had great reassurance that the tax forms were completed accurately based on the info. I provided. Truly sold on this product.
What's great about it: step-by-step made it easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've wasted too much time trying to figure out why you calculated a PA state refund. You included PA SUI as a state income tax paid. There is no backup as to why this should be added to the state income tax withheld and no mention of it in th eattached form PA Schedule W-2S.
What's great about it: Electronic; does calcs;
What's not so great: Doesn't give answers; wastes time; improper PS state handling of SUI paid
