The CPA force is with you..

Great program. Easy to follow and you don't have to wait in line anywhere and you can do it all in the comfort of your own home and even send the filing once completed from your home. How great is all that.
Being from Houston. I can honestly say now. Houston we don't have a problem and Turbo Tax has helped me file my income tax return and it is done!!!!! I will be back next year Turbo Tax. Thanks for the help

What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax 2013 - Turbotax Advantage(?)

I've been using Turbotax for approximately 10 years and have run into the same problem every year. If I have a charitable organization, like a church for example, and that organization happens to be outside the US Turbotax does not recognize their address as valid. It only allows state codes and zip codes of US states. Believe it or not, many US states are adjacent to Canada and many US citizens travel, vacation, own property and attend churches there.
What's great about it: easy to file your taxes
What's not so great: can't contribute to a charitable organization outside of the US

Simple

If you keep correct documents in a specific place all during the year such as a specific place in a home office, using turbo tax software is so easy. There should be no need to pay large sum of money to have your taxes filed.
What's great about it: Easy & Simple
What's not so great: None

20 Years and counting

I have used Turbo Tax for 20 odd years. When I first used it I had to download it into my Gateway from a floppy. Now everything is done in Cyberspace. I download the program and file my taxes over the internet and I store the finished product electronically as a PDF. Plus, the refunds are deposited electronically into my account. Today is February 14 and my Federal and State refunds are already in the bank.
What's great about it: It us user friendly, if you can read you can use it.

Quick and Easy

I have filed my taxes using Turbo Tax for several years and always found it to be quick and easy. This year was no exception. It is great to see my entries compared with last years filing with no effort on my part. If you just accumulate your basic tax information during the year, filing is a simple and very quick process. Couple the tax prep with E Filing and the whole process shouldn't take more than a brief afternoon. The cost is minimal, especially when you consider that the Federal filing is included in the original cost of the software. My complete information is contained in my computer for next years filing.
What's great about it: Comparison of information with last year
What's not so great: I found nothing to dislke

I have used your tax program now for at least 10 years and have learned so much concerning my tax preparations. you have made it possible for my wife and I to work through tax problems that we did not know or have a clue about. thanks for your service. your product is the only product I trust with such serious work as to my tax preparations year after year. I look forward to continuing to use your product. it actually makes filing your tax a rewarding experience. and I could go on and on but thanks again for such a wonderful product.
