Best Ever

Have been using TurboTax since 2001. It just keeps getting better and better.
What's great about it: Liked the fact that even my bank info for my refund was transferred from last year.

I was concerned with the death of my husband this year that my taxes would be terrible to accomplish. Thank you for making the experience bearable. I have been through enough this year and did not need another burden Thank you for all of your help.

All good but form flaw

Application warned of a missing Federal form but would have allowed filing without it. It was the sales tax deduction which saved a few hundred dollars. I had to go back into Federal return and rerun steps to get the system to pick it up after an update.
What's great about it: Easy flow with available detail
What's not so great: Would have filed with missing form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax every year it has been in existence and will never use anything else. It's easy.

Great product - especially used year over year

I've been using Turbo Tax for over ten years, it makes it simple to transfer last year's info to this year's return, it saves time, it's consistent (once you've done it, the next year is just as easy), and it makes doing taxes a much less-painful experience ;)
What's great about it: easy to use, thorough, saves time (by pre-filling info, if previous Turbo Tax user), simplifies moves and 2-state filing
What's not so great: not enough description for some errors/how to fix them
