Does the job

Turbo Tax is the second digital tax return product that I have used. It has stood the test of time and has obliterated from my memory the name of the previous program. Any complaints that I have are minimal when considering its advantages. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Meticulous guidance through every step
What's not so great: Too many efforts to sell additional material

I thought Turbo Tax was very easy to use. Tells you exactly what you need to have on hand for the prep of your taxes. Tells you why you can or cannot use a deduction.
What's great about it: very easy to use

I have used TurboTax for many years and have always been totally satisfied. It is easy to use and ensures I get every deduction I’m entitled to. Great program; keep it up.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand. Gets the best return possivle.

Wonderful

This tool saved me a lot of money over using a tax service, thank you! The interface and walk through procedures were very helpful. My only challenge was finding a way to modify a set of questions I answered initially regarding student information. After some surfing, I found I could modify the form directly, but this was somewhat difficult to stumble upon after not finding any options in the walk through questions for reviewing previous answers.
Overall, great!
What's great about it: The interface was excellent!
What's not so great: Modifying a Couple Details Scary
