Lost A Faithful Customer

A Truly Awful Experience and I've been a faithful customer since the inception of Turbo Tax. Took nearly 4 hours on 4 GB network to download "updates" ... My tax return wouldn't finish\process without updates. I will never purchase again.
What's not so great: Truly Awful
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

SImple and Effective

Just enter your info, fill in the blanks, and you're done. Always happy with these guys. Official form review is confusing, but I blame the IRS for the gobldygook. Excellent, will always use.
What's great about it: quick, simple, easy
What's not so great: reviewing official forms can be confusing

2013 Robinson refund

Turbo Tax is the software of preference. I have tried the H & R software, but did not like the results.
What's great about it: Walked me through all the areas

Was sent to the IRS web page. It was confusing and not helpful at all. Had to go to a Tax expert to get answer.

My wife has used Turbo Tax for years. I have been thinking I should get familiar with the input since we're not getting any younger and she doesn't want it dropped on me at the last minute. I took care of it without any difficulty. Happy I did it finally
What's great about it: As long as you have amassed all the relevant material, easy peasy
