It took three times to transmit - but that was NOTHING. I'm really happy with this software. I've been using TurboTax since 2007 and it's super easy year after year. Thank you for this great product!
What's great about it: Easy, quick, no hassle.
What's not so great: Finding vehicle deductions and it took 3 times for it to transmit

2013 Turbo Tax great

I have used TurboTax for years for simple to relatively complex returns during that time. I continue to find its easy, accurate, and almost fun to do taxes.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and rock solid for 2013 1040 A simple returns
What's not so great: Cost to file state tax returns is too high

Unhappy this year

Let me start by saying that I've used TT for over 20 years. And, every year TT changes/updates the program. In my opinion, there are new glitches every year. And each year the problems are worse than the year before. After one of the recent recommended updates, I started getting a "running script error" pop-up on almost every new page. I then have to click "yes" to continue running scripts on the page. Then when I got to print and file, I had the most problems of all. I chose to file by mail with an auto deposit to my ck. acct. The e-file page came up requesting a PIN?? Could not get past that page. Very frustrating ! After posting to the community wall and getting answers that did not work, I finally found HELP and clicked that I have TT for Windows and followed those directions. I'M SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SWITCHING TAX PROGRAMS NEXT YEAR.
What's great about it: Transferring info from last year is still good.
What's not so great: Printing returns if you're not e-filing

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years and find it to be very comprehensive and all inclusive. I would not consider any other filing method!

Turbox Tax is a good product. I have used this product for the past 5 years, and have never gone wrong.
What's great about it: Ease of use and the questions which guide you are very helpful
What's not so great: The extra money to file state returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
