Have used Turbo Tax for last several years. Easy, painless, fairly quick.
What's great about it: Painless & with all necessary documents, only took 3 hours

The software was A+ in every dimension. However, intuit should have been up front about its fees and more importantly how those were incurred. It was very confusing.
What's great about it: very fast and very low hassle
What's not so great: they surprised me with fees- automatic -1 star

TTax Glitch

When I tried to eFile my state return I received the following message:
Your payment session has timed out.
Please close this window and try your payment again.
Please close this window and try your payment again.
Same message I received when I tried to upgrade to Premier
What's great about it: Easy to use up to State eFile
What's not so great: Cannot charge my credit card for upgrade to Premier of State eFile

The Annual Nightmare

I've been using Turbo Tax for almost 10 years and have enjoyed the improvements each year. I don't have a complicated return, but this version has been the easiest ever to use.

Enjoy using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Is always easy to use and definitely makes tax time not worrisome.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and always accurate
What's not so great: Wish I could e-file more than 5

Pretty Simple

Loved the software and it made it easy to use. The only con is that being a novice I didn't know if every tax deduction was used.
What's great about it: Covers a lot of topics and makes it easy to find
What's not so great: not sure if all deductions are available
