I have used Turbo Tax for the last four years. This years program is the best one yet.
What's great about it: NOT connected to a stupid Walmart card !

Milky Way to my refund

I would give this version of e-file 5 stars in terms providing ease, accuracy, speed, and design. It seems this year the program is even more smoother. I will definitely continue to use it!
What's great about it: Ease of process with no technical issues. I like the transfer of information from previous year. Even better this year.
What's not so great: I cant think of any...I am well please with the program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Frustrated file attempt

My Tax return was complete and I was trying to E File my State of Oregon and either messed up my password or something, I tried four different times including waiting on the phone and the system refused to accept my user ID but I got a lady on the phone and she walked me thru trying to fix it. She never got upset but I did and I would like to appalaud her. I did solve the problem by going off the system and reopening my file and selecting charge to my refund instead of using bank card. It took over 1 and a hal;f hours to complete.
What's great about it: Help by phone was there
What's not so great: not much in way of help on line
