great on-line support

I couldn't e-file the first time around, but when I contacted help on-line, 18_MaryKay C was a great help. We uninstalled the software and reinstalled and I was able to e-file without a problem.
What's great about it: fast and very helpful
What's not so great: wouldn't let me e-file the first time

Does what I need it to do

It took me most of 2 days to wade through my records and enter my taxes. I stumbled over the HSA contributions which are confusing in the IRS site and equally so in TurboTax. EXAMPLES would be most helpful.
I filed by Feb 13, and Turbo Tax had some odd software loops in the HSA entry area, that either wouldn't let me return to information I'd entered or gave me different questions on three separate visits to the section.

What's great about it: Relatively easy to enter the basics of income, deductions
What's not so great: HSA medical inputs remain confusing, need examples
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love my Turbotax

This is about the 7th year of using TurboTax and I continue to love the ease of use and importing of data from most of my accounts. I use it for myself and the whole family.
What's great about it: So easy to follow
What's not so great: Can't Import all of my data

Gets Better Every Year!

As usual, this year was even easier to follow. I have used Turbo Tax for about 5 years and I can always access the previous year with ease.
What's great about it: Easier to follow
What's not so great: Needed to add one form but not an option

Wicked Fast and Extremely Easy

It's not like it's saying much because I really didn't have alot to mine other than filing my W-2 and 1098 but I mean it loaded the whole thing right from the start. I hardly even had to think! All i did was tell it how many investments I don't have and how much interest I had on my student loans. Honestly it couldn't have been much faster or easier.
What's great about it: Very quick to file my taxes
What's not so great: Wish I was getting more... who doesn't though.
