I have used turbo since 2006. Turbo hasn't failed me yet. I know what documents to have on hand and it's just a matter of filling in the blanks!
What's great about it: easy to do
What's not so great: having to wait 4 days for turbo to have the k income sheet to send
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using turbo tax for past several years and still the best tax program available in the market. some of my friends that use turbo tax say the same.
What's great about it: as always how easy the t-tax program is

I love using Turbo Tax year after year. Always easy to understand step by step process. My only complaint is that the state fileing fee should cover more than one filing of state returns. Just like the Federal filings. Make it happen next year intuit!!!
What's great about it: Great step through process for each topic
What's not so great: Cost of State Return filing should include more than one return

Easy Refund

Overall, it was really good. We like to use TurboTax because otherwise we'd be up to our ears in paperwork and trying to understand IRS lingo is a pain.
What's great about it: We filed our taxes through turbotax again. Always easy
What's not so great: While doing the state return, it was a little confusing at times

I have used Turbo Tax for a decade!!! I won't use any other process!!! Thank you ....
What's great about it: Imports and gives you side by side snapshot from previous year to current.
What's not so great: None Found!

Easy, straight forward filing

I typically have to file for two states. TurboTax keeps everything in line and cross checks, making sure everything comes out balanced. Works well for me.
What's great about it: Easy walk throughs, with explanations and recommendations
What's not so great: Additional state filing fees a little steep
