Continued satisfaction

Each time we use TurboTax, it reminds us of items we need to go fetch to fill in the possible fields. It's a great program all should use to save time and money without the worries in tax preparation.

I'm a TurboTax Guy

I've been using TurboTax for a dozen years now, and it doesn't get worse, like most everything else. Conversely, or maybe perversely, TurboTax only gets better. The price has pretty much stay about the same, or possibly even lower this year than it normally is. If you've got a Vanilla Return, then TurboTax will do Vanilla. If your return gets Spicy, then TurboTax will do Spicy! Turn up the heat, and TurboTax can handle it. EFiling is a breeze, and everything happens the ways they said it would. Thanks, Intuit!! Thanks for TurboTax!
What's great about it: Price, Fast, Simple, Error Checks, Audit Checks
What's not so great: None. Period.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Software

I have done my own taxes since 1964. First with a calculator and pencil. Then with MacInTax. TurboTax was a major jump forward and continues to offer an excellent product. I don't understand why anyone would want to pay someone to do their taxes.
One issue with this year's product is the effort to get the user to buy a bundled "service" that isn't needed.
What's great about it: It didn't miss an issue!

Great Program

I love TurboTax. It is an easy to use program, and even though some of the terms are hard to understand, TurboTax tries to help define these terms. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very easy to use. The software walks you through the entire process making recommendations as you and leaving no stone unturned. Excellent software.

Not bad, could be better

The lack of a NJ Homestead benefit refund line took a long time to figure out. The CD has a common problem and needs to be reinstalled to get updates and allow validation for filing. The help representatives was extremely patient & knowledgable and was a bright spot of an annoying end to my successful filing.
What's great about it: very easy in most cases
What's not so great: No special section for NJ Homestead benefit refunds. Common problem with the CD
