Why pay for Turbo Tax Plus???

Not sure why I have to pay twice for the same product.. what is turbo Tax Plus?? is it a means of getting paid twice by Intuit????
What's great about it: Program works great transferring last years info was a snap.
What's not so great: paying for Turbo tax Plus to get efile paid with refund.

A note after entering income to what level of deductions would be required to exceed the standard deduction. Could have saved time with general estimate of deductions prior to detailed entry.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Would have liked update on tax status more often

good but with startup error

I've used turbo tax for years and this is the first time that ever received any kind of error that caused me to contact customer service. The error always occurred during start up of the program and was as follows; system runtime serialization exceptions;type. systemdatasqlserverCeSqlCe Error Collection in Assembly. System.Data Sqlserver Ce version=9.0.242.0, culture=neutral. PublicKeyToken = 89845dc8080cc91 is not marked as serializable at system App Domain. Execute Assembly by name(stringassembyname, string[] args# Intuit. spc Esd. WinClient. Application updater. Program execute Assembly #Commondlineargs command line args# at intuit. SPC. Esd winclient. application updater. program. Main #string[] args) ckecking OK the program would start normally, but it would not allow the program to update or download state software. tow repairs finally fixed the issue.
What's great about it: fast accurate, easy to use
What's not so great: startup error

Honestly I have the most issue with the non standard W-2's. Every company has I different look. Turbo tax makes it easy to navigate all the different forms you need.

you have to know a bit about your forms but with this tool you'll be sorted for the most deductions you can get!!
