Easy to use

Perhaps if I had a more difficult return, I might find it deficient, but I do have a Schedule C and 1098-T Tuition, itemized deductions, but nothing more than that.
What's great about it: Leads you through with excellent resources and questions
What's not so great: Non
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo-Tax for quite a few years. I was a little apprehensive when I retired as to how complicated filing my taxes would be. With Turbo-Tax, it has been a breeze. I will be a customer for many years to come.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for five years now and will not do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Everything is spelled out for you with great explanations.

Easy Taxes!

The program is easy to use, and pretty quick to; use, load, and update. The only problem that I had with TurboTax is that when the program asks for more information it does not have any information to help you fill in the amount. It kind of leaves you sitting there wondering where to look to find what the program wants.
What's great about it: Fairly Fast
What's not so great: No informational links when T.T. needs more info

Easy to use!

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 20 years or so and hope to use it for that many more!
What's great about it: Like that it draws info from my previous return
What's not so great: had to wait for a form to be available
