Couldn't automatic enter personal info from prior year return as I always did in the pass years returns. That was a great future to have. My last year return was save to my computer and on a disk, but this year TurboTax couldn't find it.

I use Turbo Tax yearly because it's simple to use and takes you through the forms step by step.

Have used the Turbo Tax product for many years and have been very satisfied with the efficiency and accuracy of the program. It is extremely helpful to transfer the previous year's information to help save time and potential for error. Also, like the option of using the Easy Guides to make sure nothing is missed or overlooked.
What's great about it: Well organized, user friendly and thorough. The easy guides allow you to go through each topic for assured accuracy.
What's not so great: Can't think of any to mention.

What's great about it: Ability to go directly to forms and update from last year

I would highly recommend Turbo Tax for tax purpose for the individual.

Easy to Use and I dont have to do the math

I have used Turbo Tax since 1997 and each year as I get older, this program just gets easier for me to do. I put it the numbers and it does the totals. Gives detailed explanations on things you don't know of within the program. I love this program and always look forward to tax season.
What's great about it: Step by Step simple
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind
