Overall, filing was an excellent experience. I will file every year with TurboTax.
What's great about it: I really like using 2012 information to prefill fields for 2013

Use it Every Year

As always, Turbo Tax was a great help. I work in DC and live in Virginia. Thus I don't have to pay taxes in D.C. For the first time in 7 years, Turbo Tax kept trying to make me file a D.C. return anyway. Other than that It worked great.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Wants to do things I don't

2013 many flaws

My Taxes are faily straightforward. I've never had a problem using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Comprehensive, Accurate
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great as Usual … one Issue

First time filing a married joint return … the process of blending two incomes/deductions when one previously itemized and the other didn't wasn't clear. Had trouble e-filing -- kept telling me validation failed because I needed an update, and there was no update available. Had to call customer support, but it took me nearly an hour to locate a telephone number. After 20 minutes on hold, however, the representative who answered fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes.
What's great about it: When problems arise, customer support is VERY helpful.
What's not so great: Hard to find customer service tele. # and first time joint filer problems not well explained.
