This was 1st time in many years I had problems loading turbo tax. Based on error message, many others had similar problems and purported fix did not work.

Not as easy as last year

After this year I no longer want to take the office expense, but once it is in the system, it doesn't want to come out, every year you shold have to start that deduction from scrach!
What's great about it: transfer of information from previous year
What's not so great: not enough detail and some deductions I wanted to remove
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo-Tax for many years and it's just right for all my tax needs. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Use it every year. Had no issues. Very easy to do.
What's not so great: None

Overall it was not a painful experience. It was a bit confusing while I tweeked my wife's IRA contribution to get the best amount for the least contribution.
What's great about it: Simple to navigate
