Makes Tax Time easy and less stressful

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 16 years. It makes the tax preparation effort easy and less stressful. I like how the product has improved each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, asks all the right questions, copied info from last years taxes, step by step instructions
What's not so great: Did not ask for SS income. I had to select the correct form myself.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very happy with refund and accuracy of the return

This year was the best experience I have had with Turbo Tax and I have been using it for many years.
What's great about it: I had the least number of difficulties understanding the Turbo Tax Questions this year and I feel my return is accurate
What's not so great: Some questions were a little confusing but not many.

Has deminished in value

I downgraded my rating from good to average because there was no online help included with TurboTax this year. Sure I could get linked to a message board, however, if I wanted to do a live on line chat, I had to pay extra.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy
What's not so great: This year there was no support unless you paid extra.

works very well for uncomplicated taxes

Have been using for years and love the ease of use and documentation it provides. This year and last year had unusual circumstance where all the items for the deductions for the federal itemized deductions did not apply for the state. I searched several ways to get this resolved without success. I filed my federal taxes with itemized deductions but will have to manually redo the state to change the itemized deductions to standard deduction. How I know this is? Last year the state sent me a bill for improperly filing itemized deductions. Fortunately I did not have a penalty on top of the extra taxes due. I am not going to make that mistake again this year!
What's great about it: asks a lot of questions - was always helpful with college costs
What's not so great: some unusual issues not handled easily - answers not easily found

Turbo T. does simplfy a complex effort

There were a few questions that had answers buried in the Q & A section. I thought it should have been easier to find the answer. Perhaps it was a few years back, but I liked the way a user could go back to a specific section.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and have always found it easy to use and gets my refund fast. Asks questions I wouldn't necessarily think of.

Not too bad

I almost missed some refund because of how small the check box was that said that I had taken money out of my unemployment
What's great about it: I feel that I wont get audited and it is pretty acurate
What's not so great: It still takes time and is easy to miss things and hard to find things if you screw up.
