Have been using TurboTax for over 10 years - this year is the best ever!! Charitable deductions are well organized and easy to use.

Easy as can be

I was skeptical at first to use turbo tax due to the fact I was afraid it would be complicated. I was also worried about having to complete taxes for two states. Much to my suprise Turbo Tax was very easy to use and walked me thru the steps. I even found some deductions I was not taking advantage of. I certainly will use Turbo Tax next year!!
What's great about it: I was able to complete my returns when convient for me

Printing of 1040

I surprised that company sold the software before it got approved. I got my email and saying its ready to print. I still have the message saying it is not approved. I update the software and it has not install the approved software.
What's not so great: This is my first time experience that the forms are not ready.

2013 Taxes

I have used TurboTax for about 8 years now and believe it to be the best tax program on the market. It is easy to use (I use the Deluxe version every year and it seems to get better and easier to use each year. It is very user friendly. I appreciate the back end of the program that checks for errors and compares your return to the national average. I intend to use this program for years to come.
What's great about it: An excellent program that walks you through the elements of preparing your Form 1040
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing wrong.

Experienced and professional filing

I have been using TT for many years and like the way it walks you through the forms. The cost for state e-filing is a bit too much. I just mailed the state return in through the US Postal Service.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance
What's not so great: Having to put all the addresses on the charities is so cumbersome and time-consumning
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
