I used a walk-in service last year after many years of using TurboTax. I did not get the info I needed like I have always received from TurboTax. Learned my lesson.
What's great about it: Loved the tax info for the state of Alabama

Overall this is a good program especially if you use it year after year as it populates many areas to save time and error
What's great about it: easy to navigate
What's not so great: sometimes dificult to understand

Easy to use

I have been using TurboTax for the last few years, I saw a professional before that. I like that the software asks step by step questions based on last years taxes. The process ensures that I cover everything.
What's great about it: I like the step by step process
What's not so great: Still takes time to do your return

Simple and easy!

It has been a few years since I used Turbo Tax software. The last time I used it, it took me hours to navagate. I loved the set-up of this software. It made everything simple and easy to figure out.
What's great about it: I loved that the software walked me through every deduction that I was eligible for!
What's not so great: none

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND HAVE FOUND IT TO BE VERY USER FRIENDLY, EVEN FOR STOCKS AND BOND ACTIVITY.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE AND UNDERSTAND, EVEN FOR STOCKS.
What's not so great: NOTHING SIGNIFICANT.

I've done my taxes with Turbo Tax for several years with good results. I love the download of information from prior year feature.
What's great about it: User Friendly
