Turbo Tax is Great

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and it has always been a postive experience. Turbo Tax saves me a lot of money in having my taxes prepared, and I have never had a problem using it. It's easy, and it's almost fun (if taxes can be fun).
What's great about it: So easy to go through and capture everything required to file taxes.
What's not so great: Can't think of any as long as I have to file taxes.

Clergy Taxes done right

I found Turbo Tax helpful in handling clergy issues and business expenses. I have been using Turbo Tax now for at least 10 years and have not been audited. It is easy, if you provide accurate information and answer the questions honestly. The check for errors is very helpful. Great product.
What's great about it: It was very easy to use, just answer the questions honestly.
What's not so great: Submit the same info more than once.

VERY EASY AND GREAT WAY TO DO YOUR TAXES EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN GREAT DETAIL AND VERY DETAILED. MUSC BETTER WAY TO DO YOUR TAXES WHY PAY SOMEONE TO USE THE SAME OR ALIKE PROGRAM WHEN YOU CAN DO IT FOR YOURSELF! WE HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR OVER 10 YEARS. LOVE IT !
What's great about it: WALKS YOU THROUGH STEP BY STEP, GOOD EXPLANATIONS
What's not so great: NONE

poor performance

First year there were repeated problems with downloading tax information and efiling. I have always used turbo tax but have to say that if this was my first year with this product, i would bypass it for next year. I am hoping they work to straighten up the issues we had this year.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: trouble down loading and transmitting
