TT 2013

This is my 6th year using TT, overall a very good experience. This year, the software seemed a bit persnickety...a very unscientific term. I can't put my finger on it, but the tone was a tad less friendly.
What's not so great: Re; AZ return...when doing forms 321, 322, 323, the terms on those forms did not match the TT terms. Made it difficult,

Didn't Expect A Refund

I retired this year and received a lot more money than normal (I cashed in my retirement fund and my wife and I started receiving Social Security benefits)). I knew I would have to pay the IRS this year and I wasn't wrong. However, TurboTax helped me find all the deductions I was entitled to and the pain was eased! :) Thank you TurboTax and I'll see you next year!
What's great about it: TurboTax is always reliable!
What's not so great: TurboTax should remind people to make sure the software they purchase is up-to-date.

As usual taxes were easy again with the step by step process Turbo Tax walks you through. Retired last year and had all questions answered.

I have been using TurboTax for years, I purchase one for us and one for each of our two sons. We are all faithful users. One son is overseas with the military.
What's great about it: Straight forward for almost every part
What's not so great: Touuble removing a W-4 form I started in error

Long time user, Still Happy

Been using TT for a number of years. I think they really work hard on making it easy with their walk-throughs and help process. I like that they provide high level help, but allow you to drill down if there is a specific topic confusing you, rather than wall of text-ing you from the start.
What's great about it: Like the walk throughs
What's not so great: Nothing serious

Easy as pie!

Seems to get better each year! I especially enjoy the "user friendly" language and efforts that are made to assist throughout the process. It seems that TurboTax knows where i may have problems before I even know!!
What's great about it: Very easy to understand, simple language, good reviews, etc. Easy to navigate on your computer.
What's not so great: None!

Easy and very fast!

Made the return process very easy and painless; W-2's were available online and instantly imported. Last year's info was also imported, further shortening the time spent on this year's return. Very user-friendly.
My only complaint was that it let me finalize my returns and pay for state e-file; then blocked me from sending the returns because it had to shut down and update... Made the joy of the tax return submital a little anti-climactic. Though I suppose if you owed money this year, it would seem like an omen...

What's great about it: Automatically imports last year's information, Very user-friendly, Comprehensive
What's not so great: Updates don't load until the user tries to submit their returns, instead of at the start of TurboTax.
