Mostly well done. This program handled some items better than your competition. The end of the e-file area, where it said to add the Federal PIN numbers was confusing. I know my pins from last year and were ready to use them, but the wording in TurboTax looked to suggest that I needed new pins and pointed me to the Fed site to get them. I ended up using the AGI section instead due to confusion here.
Also, since I moved to a new address, I was wondering if I had to fill out a change of address notice for the IRS. It would be nice if this information/paperwork was added for ease of use.

Always feel comfortable with my return because of the multitude of questions asked and flags on some that seem qustionable.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions and provides good help system.

Easiest return I have ever filed

After the initial few questions, the program imported my tax information from the last year and saved me all the effort and time of re-entering the information again. It even remembers what direct deposit account I used last year! I had my taxes done in under an hour, state and federal, and filed them electronically.
The only bad thing I can say about it is for the cost of the program, it should include at least one state e-file as well.
What's great about it: Imports last years tax returns
What's not so great: No longer looks for W-2 information online
