I have been using Turbo Tax since 2010 - I love it!!
What's great about it: Ease of use and excellent help when I needed it.

Poor memory or no switch

Doing taxes for son who lives and earns all of his income overseas. Since his income is exempted, we cannot e-file but Turbo Tax tells me to e-file for a faster refund, even though there is no refund.
I don't mind being reminded that some of the answers are not common but don't flag them as an error after asking me twice if I really meant what I typed. Four areas of foreign income had a zero entered in all entries but I had to enter a zero total. Why?
All of these things are unchanged from previous years.
Also, below, you ask if I have kids. I do but they do not live at home so how do you really want this question answered?

What's great about it: quick, easy, brings in last year's information (almost)
What's not so great: Forgets that it states "You cannot e-file" and tells me it would be faster to efile.

2014 Tax returns

I keep coming back to Turbo Tax because of the simplicity and the peace of mind that the return will be CORRECT, and I will have gotten the most return I was entitled to. On a scale of 10, I'll give you a 15. GREAT JOB Turbo tax.
What's great about it: USER FRIENDLY
