First time user

This is the first time using Turbo Tax. Will do so again. It found money I would not have thought about looking for. Computations like Social Security took me forever. Turbo Tax does it. Keeps track of all records to be used again the following year. Recommend this product to all "self tax preparer's".
What's great about it: easy to use, thurough, extremely helpful, value added for tax computations.
What's not so great: None

EARLIER TURBO TAX COULD NOT LOAD

I tried everything. Yes, I had changed computers. But could never get 2012 returns from turbo to load into 2013.

Over all I have been Happy with Turbo Tax. I still recommend program to friends because of ease.

I have used TurboTax for several years and it has always made it easy for me to file my return. I believe that it has maximized my efficiency and ensured that I file my taxes correctly.

Fed was great; Montana not so good

I've used Turbo Tax for 12 plus years. I believe it is a great product for the Federal return. The Montana return lacks a Form MSA which you need if you file by mail. It's needed this for years and I keep thinking it will get fixed next year....has not happened.

I have used other tax programs, but Turbo Tax is the best and most user friendly tax software I have used. I now use Turbo Tax every year.
