Easy To Use

I really like Turbo Tax. I have used it for several years and liked it every time. It 'ALMOST' makes doing the taxes fun....ALMOST.
This year, my daughter had some complications that would effect her taxes...I do them for her...and Turbo Tax handled hers with no problems at all.
I highly recommend using it.
What's great about it: Easy, self explanitory
What's not so great: Some terms I didn't understand

Easy and thorough prep and file

We have use TurboTax for several years and each year the program has been made easier to work with. the 2013 edition has been the best so far. There were a few questions where a "not applicable" box would have been more helpful than a "no" box. However I still recommend TurboTax to friends and relations.
What's great about it: Simple and thorough program to follow
What's not so great: occasionally I had to duplicate name and address preiously given

Good program

I've been using TurboTax for about 10 years and every year my tax situation gets a little more complicated but doing my taxes is always easy with TurboTax. Knowing I am getting a refund makes doing taxes a joy!!!
What's great about it: Very user friendly and walks you through everything step by step
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
