Great for busy people! Thank you for making this a relatively painless process!!! So, why do people dread doing their taxes so much???? All they have to do is get Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy, Quick, Secure
What's not so great: Charges to e-file state return.

Really EASY Once Again!

Completed the taxes end to end, including filing, in less than an hour. Whether I'm getting a refund or paying, I am confident in Turbo Tax's numbers and the filing process is as easy as it can be for the long forms.
What's great about it: Very smooth, questions easy to understand, fast
What's not so great: Too many questions, but that's the government

Thankful for Turbo Tax

Using Turbo Tax takes the guesswork out of doing my taxes. If I was unclear about a topic, I could look it up and also see how other people pose my same question and the guidance that they received. This was useful to me.
What's great about it: I like the ease of doing my taxes and how last year's information is imported.

HSA Confusion

For HSA, it referenced HDSP(?). I have not seen this in any of my HSA information I received from my company. I had to withdraw all my funds from HSA since I was laid off in April 2013 and the agency that handle the HSA would not allow me to pay for my COBRA. It would be nice if Turbo Tax had some info regarding this to guide me thru the process.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

State of Michigan rejected form

I went through the state again, did not see the error TurboTax made. Resent and I am hoping Michigan will except it this time. Why was there not an something along the way saying where TurboTax made their mistake???
